International Women's Day (IWD) is a holiday celebrated annually on March 8 as a focal point in the women's rights movement. IWD focuses on issues such as gender equality, reproductive rights, and violence and abuse against women, as well as commemorating and honoring the significant contributions and tremendous achievements they have made in economic, political, and social spheres.
We are proud of our women employees, who are the backbone of our innovative endeavors. With 70% of our workforce being women, we celebrate not just their spirit and strength, but also their integral role in shaping the future of biotechnology. Their academic excellence is also noteworthy, as 78% of our employees holding a master's degree or higher are women – highlighting their dedication and expertise in their fields. Furthermore, 60% of our management team is comprised of women. This not only reflects our commitment to diversity and inclusion, but also showcases the environment of empowerment at Biointron. Our women lead, innovate, and inspire.
We believe that every small action is an accelerator for the positive development of society. We strive to raise awareness of contributions by women in the scientific field and inspire more women to have the courage to pursue their dreams.
