Yes, RushData is Biointron’s integrated high-throughput platform for antibody expression, binding characterization, and early developability profiling. It combines rapid CHO expression with multi-assay analytics to help generate structured datasets for antibody discovery and optimization.

RushData is designed for antibody discovery teams that need to evaluate large numbers of candidates efficiently. It is especially useful for early-stage screening, lead prioritization, and AI/ML-driven antibody design workflows where structured, model-ready data can support the next design cycle.

RushData is built around Biointron’s 1 Day CHO expression workflow, enabling data generation in days rather than weeks. The exact project timeline may vary depending on the number of candidates, package selected, and requested assays.

RushData can generate multidimensional antibody data, including expression-related information, binding measurements, thermostability, polyreactivity, self-interaction, and developability scoring, depending on the selected service package.

• Basic: Rapid screening with high-throughput expression (supernatant), titer (BLI), affinity (BLI, 2-point)
• Standard: Binding characterization with high-throughput expression and purification, concentration, cGE, and multi-point affinity tests
• Premium: All services included in the Standard package, plus developability profiling

Our production time varies between types of services, but our HTP recombinant antibodies are produced in 2 weeks from gene sequence to purified antibodies.

For large-scale recombinant antibody production, we can achieve gram-level quantities in as little as 4 weeks.

For small-scale needs, we offer four RushMab packages:

• RushMab™ - Gene: Delivers 100 µg of transfection-grade expression plasmids within 4 days.
• RushMab™ - Super: Provides 1 ml of supernatant and expression plasmids within 8 days.
• RushMab™ - Mini: Offers at least 100 µg of purified antibody and expression plasmids within 10 days.
• RushMab™ - Standard: Supplies at least 1 mg of purified antibody and expression plasmids within 10 days.

Production facilities and headquarters are located in China.

Our recombinant antibody production and recombinant protein production are performed in mammalian cell lines (HEK293 or CHO) or bacterial E. coli systems. We can recommend the best system for your application and offer customization upon request.

Yields vary depending on the sequence and format. For mAbs we can achieve up to gram level/L in transient expression systems.

We can perform affinity-purification following multiple steps of different purification methods to meet customers’ purity requirement.

Our standard endotoxin level is <1.0 EU/mg. For large scale production, we can get endotoxin levels <0.1 EU/mg.

Yes. We can produce various antibody formats, including bispecific antibodies (any common format) and ADC conjugation.
