Our production time varies between types of services, but our HTP recombinant antibodies are produced in 2 weeks from gene sequence to purified antibodies.

For large-scale recombinant antibody production, we can achieve gram-level quantities in as little as 4 weeks.

For small-scale needs, we offer four RushMab packages:

• RushMab™ - Gene: Delivers 100 µg of transfection-grade expression plasmids within 4 days.
• RushMab™ - Super: Provides 1 ml of supernatant and expression plasmids within 8 days.
• RushMab™ - Mini: Offers at least 100 µg of purified antibody and expression plasmids within 10 days.
• RushMab™ - Standard: Supplies at least 1 mg of purified antibody and expression plasmids within 10 days.

Production facilities and headquarters are located in China.

Our recombinant antibody production and recombinant protein production are performed in mammalian cell lines (HEK293 or CHO) or bacterial E. coli systems. We can recommend the best system for your application and offer customization upon request.

Yields vary depending on the sequence and format, For Mabs we can achieve up to gram level/L in transient expression systems.

We can perform affinity-purification following multiply steps of different purification methods to meet customers’ purity requirement.

Our standard endotoxin level is <1.0 EU/mg. For large scale production, we can get endotoxin levels <0.1EU/mg

Yes. We can produce various antibody formats, including bispecific (any common format) and offer ADC conjugation service.
