In this role, you’ll be crucial to driving growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with current and potential clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and academic sectors. Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, particularly our antibody discovery, optimization, and production services.
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities for antibody discovery, optimization, and recombinant protein expression.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions for successful outcomes.
3. Collaborate closely with our scientific teams to communicate the capabilities and innovations of our platform technologies and services.
4. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and long-term growth.
5. Provide market insights and contribute to the strategic direction of the company’s business development efforts.
1. A Master’s degree in Biology or a related field (PhD is a plus).
2. A strong background in antibody discovery, optimization, and protein expression.
3. Proven experience in business development, preferably within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex scientific concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. A strategic mindset with a passion for driving growth and building long-term relationships.
6. Bilingual English/Mandarin speaking is highly preferred.
