How to Select the Right RushDATA™ Workflow

Biointron 2026-10-27 Read time: 3 mins

AI can now design thousands of antibody candidates in an afternoon. Knowing which ones are worth taking forward still depends on the lab. RushDATA™, Biointron's high-throughput wet-lab validation service, turns AI-designed sequences into experimental data at scale, with capacity for 10,000+ antibodies per day and sequence-to-data turnaround of 2 days with cell-free expression or 3 days with CHO.

To make getting started simple, RushDATA™ comes in three packages. Each one is a starting point, and every workflow can be tailored to your program.

The Three RushDATA™ Packages

Basic: Rapid Screening

The fastest way to find out which designs are worth a closer look. Basic runs high-throughput expression and measures titer and 2-point affinity by BLI directly from supernatant, so you can triage large design sets quickly and send only the strongest candidates forward.

Best for: early design rounds and broad first-pass screening.

Standard: Binding Characterization

Our recommended package for most programs. Standard adds purification and quality control, with concentration by A280 and non-reducing cGE, plus multi-point affinity by BLI or SPR. You get full binding kinetics (KD, kon and koff) on purified antibody.

Best for: ranking hits and confirming binding before deeper profiling.

Premium: Developability Profiling

The full profile. Premium includes every Standard assay plus DSF (Tonset and Tm), PSR-BVP and AC-SINS, flagging stability, polyspecificity and self-association risks before they become costly later in development.

Best for: lead selection and building complete, high-quality training datasets for AI models.

Built Around Your Program

The three packages cover the most common needs, but no two discovery programs are the same. RushDATA™ workflows can be tailored to fit yours:

  • Assay selection: choose the specific assays your project needs and add them to the package that fits.

  • Project type: set up your workflow for AI antibody discovery, screening datasets or developability profiling.

  • Expression system: choose cell-free for maximum speed or CHO for production-relevant material.

  • Scale: run a single 96-well plate or scale up to thousands of sequences, with capacity for 10,000+ antibodies per day.

  • Data delivery: receive a structured report with data overviews, dot plots, distribution charts and pass/fail analysis, or pull model-ready results straight into your pipeline through the RushDATA™ API.

Get Started

With 3,000+ partners worldwide, Biointron helps teams across biotech and pharma move from sequence to data faster. Tell us about your program, and our team will help you choose the right package or build a custom workflow.

New customers can take advantage of our launch offer through December 31, 2026: 50% off one 96-well plate, or the first plate free when you order two.
